The needles with threads are ready, because his nipples are the next thing he has to feel.
Of course, the whole thing is done with a special type of anesthesia, which he is allowed to inhale through a gas mask. The yellow liquid numbs him so much that he then has to undergo a kind of waking-up procedure. The cane on his sensitive parts slowly brings him out of the operation.
